No Returns or Refunds

Please note that we do not offer returns or refunds once an order is placed and shipped. We encourage customers to read product descriptions, check sizes, and reach out to us with any questions before placing their orders.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only in the case of:

  • Defective or damaged products received
  • Wrong item delivered
  • Size issues (if the received size differs from what was ordered)
  • Fashion exchange (only once per order, subject to approval and stock availability)

To request an exchange, please follow these steps:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at [support@navyaindia.co.in] or WhatsApp us with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
  • Once verified, our team will guide you through the exchange process.
  • The item must be unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging.

Note:

  • Exchange requests made after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
  • Fashion exchange is allowed only once per order and must be initiated within 48 hours.
  • We do not offer exchanges for reasons like change of mind or dislike of product (except under fashion exchange, if approved).
  • Shipping Costs

In the case of a valid exchange, we will cover the shipping cost for the replacement product.
